cultured

New Years Resolution: Post on blog occasionally.
I had to move from California to Nevada only to go back to California for a weekend to get cultured. I spent saturday with some of my fav people, we hit up a little Improv shop (all you MTV'ers, same Improv studio on Real World Hollywood), and then we went on over to the sketchy part of town and had us some chicken and waffles at Roscoes at the wrong time of night..... Who would have known, all this fun was right in my backyard.

not appropriate

I am sitting in the Library "studying" and there is a girl sitting next to me having a conversation, on the phone, in her outside voice, discussing the Brain Tumor, that the woman on the other end of the line has. Really? here? From what I could pick-up, which was every word, it seems apparent that it may not be canceruos just fluid built-up from the horse accident a few years back, not the recent car accident. But mom does not know yet. To be continued....maybe if I sit here again tomorrow I can get the rest of the story and find out the diagnosis.

tag

So Miss Kristine "tagged" me and i have tell 5 random things about myslef. Too bad I talk A LOT and do not have too many things everyone does not already know. 1. The majority of the music on my i-pod came out before 2004 and after 1993, not totally proud of that. 2. I have made a conscious effort to read the weather report everyday since i was in grade schoool, i feel it is The most important part of the news. 3. I used to tell everyone that I was going to replace Tom Brokaw as the NBC correspondent to the White-House, and I was serious, and 17. 4. I feel it necessary to blow in the bottom of a glass before I drink out of it to get any dust out, slightly OCD. 5. I can not go to sleep in my bed until it is made, even if it is midnight and I am just about to get back in it. Now I tag Maggie and Jessica

Typical Week

In the past week I have had an identity crisis, physically altered my body and taken part in a misdemeanor. I died my hair a darker shade of red. I feel that God pushed the wrong button when he made me a blonde. My personality fits very well with being a red-head and i owe it to myself to be true to that. I showed up baclk at work with my Latino/Latina castmates who had some strong opinions about my new color. I was compared to a bustier Debra Messing , a porn star and Ariel (naturally since i work for Disney). Overall i was told by the Bussers (older mexican men) that I was muy bonita....could there be better compliment. I suffer from a disease called Insomnia. You may have heard of it. To deal with it iIchoose to medicate. The meditation, sleeping upside down, bananas, and warm milk all didnt seem to do the trick- who would have guessed. In my medicated state the other night I became a little "loopy" and at some point fell off of my bed onto the floor, onto my right hand. I sprained two fingers and am now wearing a brace for stability and no longer taking the medicine. I will survive. As I was leaving work this afternoon a woman I work with named Angel, (very appropriately for this story) called me over towards her and asked me what my bra size was. Some may say too personal, but I willingly told her and she then proceeded to offer me a selection of bras she was selling out of her purse. They were from Victorias Secret, so totally legit, some of them even still had the tags on! I am not a fan of bra shopping so I willingly, without trying it on, bought one of her bras out of her car. I thought that nothing of it, just excitement for a new bra ata cheap price. I then came home and my brother enlightened me to the fact that I had most likely just purchased a stolen bra. Damn Angel, I would have never thought she had it in her. Bra feels great.

Pain/ Fear/ Heartache

I am currently going through one of the hardest times in my life: creating a blog. As the three of you know who are connected to my blog, i had another post. In trying to post another i somehow deleted it and it is no where to be found in cyberspace. If you happen to see it floating out there one day while you are "blogging" (ya maggie, i just made that a verb) please send it back my way.
